In early 2017, Baldasso Cortese was commissioned by Regis to design and document the redevelopment of an existing RAC in Bay Road, Sandringham. The scope included the replacement of the current 1980’s two level facility with a new premium development responding to its high quality and bay side locale.

Set over 5 levels, with a single level full basement, the scheme will realise privatefacilities for 120 residents. A range of accommodation styles and bedroom sizes will be provided, all supplemented by a wealth of enhanced market offerings aimed at maximising resident choice, comfort and community integration.

The site abuts the busy Sandringham shopping area and sits adjacent to a small public park. The design for Regis Sandringham promotes expansive views over Port Phillip Bay, together with numerous vista into the project’s landscaped internal courtyards and gardens. Our scheme also includes a range of protected external terraces where residents and loved ones can enjoy panoramas over the gardens towards the Bay.
