As part of the Ministry of Education Christchurch Rebuild Program, Baldasso Cortese Noordanus is currently commissioned to undertake the Master Planning and design services for Pegasus Bay School.

With majority of the school development established at Stage 1, Baldasso Cortese Noordanus has been engaged by MoE to design the Stage 2 Building for Pegasus Bay School. The stage 2 development is comprised of 2 learning communities with supporting spaces and outdoor learning areas providing flexible learning environments.

Bringing the numbers to 604 students in total, Stage 2 building will accommodate entry year student, and years 1 & 2 in an open learning environment with the opportunity of making use of new innovations and piloting sustainability approaches like net zero energy strategies.
