The scale of the site required a strong urban approach, as such the main design elements include: reinforcing a strong activated streetscape through reimagining the modern main street along Lyall Road; developing mixed-use – including retail, commercial, food and beverage, serviced apartment and residential facilities; create stylish, Market Hall food facility that provides a high quality setting for dining that operates both day and night.
