The existing 75 bed ‘Homestead Lakes’ and 60 bed ‘The Homestead’ homes were TLC’s first aged care homes and have attracted a rural based resident demographic who have enjoyed the country homestead feel of the homes.

The focus of the re-development is based on linking the existing discrete homes to create a single unified ‘Homestead Estate’; at final development, the home shall accommodate 260 beds, 4 day respite beds, pharmacy, café, GP clinic, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy pool, radiology, pathology, tele-health and other allied health services to provide care to both residents and patients from the local community.
